Individuals should research the organizations and look for attributes that are of interest to them.

Each chapter focuses on one or more of the following: academics, campus involvement, leadership, service, or friendship. Look carefully at all of the organizations and evalute which one best meets your values, needs, and interests. We suggest visiting their National and local websites, attending programs and activities on campus sponsored by the organizations, and getting to know their current chapter members! One-time expenses include new member fees, chapter dues, National dues, and initiation fees.
