Why chandler doesnt dance at weddings

Phoebe covers her mouth in dismay and Chandler goes, "Oh no, no, no, no. He'd been training for weeks because he wanted their wedding dance to become a moment they never forgot. Sadly, Chandler overlooked the importance of comfortable wedding shoes.

His slippery shoes resulted in several mishaps and had him wishing the dance floor turned into sand. Chandler made quite a spectacle of himself by struggling to dance with his wife. There's a memory the Bings will never forget. The Chan-Chan man wasn't done embarrassing Monica the first time and there was more to the wedding dance.

As seen previously, he struggled to walk on the dance floor, and the couple's first dance was a total disaster. The second time around, Monica encouraged Chandler to move freely, and therefore he gained enough confidence to flail his arms around. This could have gone on for a while had it not been for Jack Geller's intervention.

In "The One with the Fake Party," Rachel creates a perfect opportunity to see her attractive work client, Joshua Burgin outside of the office.

She invites him over to the fake Bon Voyage party in honor of her boss's niece and Ross's girlfriend, Emily Waltham. Rachel puts on her cheerleading outfit under the guise of giving Emily an American goodbye cheer. In an attempt to woo Joshua, she confidently marches through her unenthusiastic, but worried friends.

As Rachel cartwheels at the end of her number, she crashes and chips her tooth. Monica and Joey rush to her aid and the whole thing is just plain hilarious to watch. She confidently tells Chandler he'd be dancing at her wedding before Ross's. The chan-chan man, in turn, tells her he prefers not to dance at weddings because they are a great place to meet women and he's an awkward dancer.

He then proceeds to dance in his kitchen but stops the moment he realizes Ross is standing behind him. Monica, and, Ross excelled in their respective fields but just couldn't get dancing right.

Though the Routine is a montage of steps and moves that don't seem to go together, the Geller children think they are killing it. Their dance routine catches the director's eye, but with a twist. He orders his cameramen to get every bit of the over-the-top number for the show's blooper reel.

The Routine isn't the only ridiculous dance sequence the Geller children perform in the episode. While up on the platform, the oldest of the two, Ross suggests he do the Robot. What follows next is his terrible attempt at imitating a dancing robot. Monica chimes in and orders her brother to stick to the routine to avoid looking stupid. Chandler: Are you kidding me?! Chandler acts disgusted, but is happy that Joey has stopped snoring. However, just as he is about to leave, Joey starts snoring again.

So to get him to stop, he slams the door shut, waking Joey. Chandler: Gunther, can I get another cup of coffee, please? Gunther starts to pour him another cup. Chandler: Oh, okay, thanks. He goes back to the couch and rejoins Monica, Joey, and Phoebe. Phoebe: Okay, do me. I've had a certain number of juices. Monica just gleefully smiles at her. Because Joey started snoring! You have to go to a sleep clinic! You should go to a "Quit being a baby and leave me alone" clinic!

Joey: Yeah, they do! Quit being a baby and leave me alone! And I tell ya something! Rachel: Yeah. And I-I know someday this will happen for you too. You just hang in there. Oh no, those were four great dates. Oh, yeah. Rachel: You are right there with Emily. Well, I gotta get, I gotta get back to the dishes. Say, Sunday night? Rachel: to the closed door Hang in there. You hang in there. Gives him the raspberry. The Saleslady: Yes! I have it right here. Phoebe and Monica both gasp at the dress.

Would you like to try it on Ms. Chandler: All right buddy, time to roll over. Rolls him over, and discovers a surprise Looking down No-no! Covers his eyes No, no-n-n-n-no!! You are going to a clinic! Monica: Does she use the cups? I believe she does. Does she use the plates?

Looks at the wedding dress and stops. Paging Dr. Fraiser Crane! Monica: Oh. Thank you. Ohhh, thank you very much. Oh, thank you for coming. Uh, just a second! Joey: This sucks! Rachel: Handling it? What do you mean, handling it?

Rachel: Come on! A year? Ross enters behind him and he stops.
